Noeske is president of Conklin Benham, P.C. He joined
the firm as a partner in November 1999. Bringing over
30 years of legal experience to the firm, he specializes
compensation and insurance defense.

Wayne State University where he was a member of the
Liberal Arts Honors College. He graduated from Wayne
State University Law School in December 1975.

Association of Defense Trial Counsel, the Michigan
Defense Trial Counsel Association, Inc., the American
Corporate Counsel Associations, the Michigan
Association (MSIA), and the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Noeske has served as a neutral Arbitrator in general
negligence litigation, as well as a defense mediator in
Wayne County Circuit Court. Mr. Noeske enjoys a
Martindale Hubbell rating of AV, for very high to
preeminent, the highest ranking given.
