Richard B. Jenks
Richard received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Michigan State University’s Honors College in 1974 and a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 1977.
After passing the Bar Exam, Richard worked for a small general practice litigation firm, learning that practice, for about a year. Thereafter, he joined a medium sized workers’ compensation insurance defense firm in 1978 handling a full docket of claims until greener pastures called in 1985. He became affiliated with a firm representing workers’ in workers’ compensation and other related matters, eventually practicing as a sole practitioner from 1990 to January of 2019. He is looking forward to representing defendants once again in the workers’ compensation milieu where he has practiced with some success for the last 40 years.
Richard is a member, in good standing, of the State Bar of Michigan and its Workers’ Compensation section.
