Bethany Cieslak is an attorney at Conklin Benham, PC, a U.S. News & World Reports Tier 1 Best Law Firm. Her focus is in workers’ compensation defense law.

Ms. Cieslak is a 2007 graduate of Western Michigan University. There, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She is a 2010 graduate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she graduated with a concentration in Litigation. In law school, she participated in both Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions as well as was a founding member of the Criminal Law Society. She also volunteered her time at the Michigan State Appellate Defender Office.

Ms. Cieslak brings with her numerous years of defense experience in the field of workers’ compensation as well as a background in third party liability and homeowners liability. She has an extensive history of representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. She enjoys developing materials and presenting at workers’ compensation workshops. Ms. Cieslak is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
